This day was about getting to know the office and his procedures. He taught me the "SOAP" procedure he does with all his patients. Basically asking what the patient is going through what are his complaints, where the pain is at, how he/she feels, and what he can do to fix it. He always asks his patients the scale of the pain mean from 1-10 how bad is the pain. The best thing about this process is that he finds out everything about the patient. Everytime a patient comes in he always needs that sheet to figure out what the problem is.
